CCTV Operator

This role is responsible for overseeing the management and operation of all CCTV cameras across multiple locations throughout Pakistan, including the master control room. The incumbent will ensure effective monitoring, maintenance, repair, and replacement of electronic surveillance equipment to maximize the efficiency of electronic monitoring systems. Additionally, the position involves managing the functionality of fire alarms and smoke detectors at all sites and ensuring that periodic mock drills are conducted to maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise CCTV operations at all locations nationwide, ensuring continuous and effective monitoring.
- Oversee the master control room activities, ensuring all electronic surveillance equipment is functioning optimally.
- Coordinate timely repair and replacement of CCTV cameras and related hardware to avoid any downtime.
- Monitor and maintain fire alarm systems and smoke detectors across all sites, ensuring they are fully operational.
- Organize and ensure regular mock drills are conducted at all locations to comply with safety protocols.
- Maintain close coordination with physical security service providers to guarantee seamless security operations in line with established procedures.
- Act as the primary liaison for the security department head, facilitating the smooth flow of information and intelligence, both electronic and human.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing CCTV systems and electronic monitoring equipment across multiple sites.
- Strong understanding of fire alarm and smoke detection systems and their maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate with security service providers and manage security operations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and timely flow of information within the security team.
- Ability to work on-site and manage operations in person across various locations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a security management role within a large, multi-location environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with conducting safety drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
- The position offers a monthly salary of Rs55,000.00.
- This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the designated work locations.
