We are looking for Key Accounts Manager
Accountabilities:
- HSSE : Ensuring 100% HSSE compliance at Distribution office, warehouses and vehicle infrastructure
- Target: Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establishing Customer Relationships across multiple functions (procurement, supply chain, technical, finance, etc.)
- Managing the Key Accounts as assigned.
- Understand the activity, business and needs of competitor activities, provide sound information and advice on business practices, products and services, and to sell and negotiate win-win solutions with customers.
- Forecasting and Stock Management: Managing the look ahead plan on monthly basis along with warehouse/stock management.
- Recovery: Credit recovery from the customers. Ensuring the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets are not burst.
- Pipeline Management: Maintaining the updated pipeline and converting the existing pipeline opportunities into sales.
- Managing the key accounts managers.
Experience & Skills:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Key Account Management
- Operations Management
- Selling & Negotiations
- Understanding Customer Value Proposition
- Commercial & Economic Acumen
Most important for success in this role is your passion to meet the challenges ahead. Individuals must have distribution management experience where he is responsible for sales, profitability and other sales related Key Performance Indicators
Education:
- Graduate Plus polytechnique diploma.
