CERP is looking for female candidates to work as enumerators for a door to door survey (data collection) in Lahore.
Required Qualification & Experience:
At least Bachelor’s in social sciences with at least 3 months working experience as enumerator.
Required Skills:
- Worked as a enumerator in at least 1-2 social sector surveys
- Should have a practical field work experience
- Comfortable to conduct field work and carry out survey interviews in Lahore
- Well familiar with the tablet based data collection using ODK - Preferred
- Having good communication skills to talk with the survey respondents and team members
- Having good interpersonal skills and be a good team player
- Having high moral and ethical values
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conduct interview with the household member
- Fill the interview log sheet
- Discuss all field day issues with supervisor
- Keep close coordination with Supervisor and team members
- Any other duty assigned by supervisor
- To follow instruction of supervisor & field protocols
- To follow the Organization’s SOPs to work with the communities, especially children and women
- Follow confidentiality and security procedures to ensure respondent privacy is protected
- Quality assurance of the collected data for completeness and accuracy
