Centre of Accountancy Careers & Training Ltd are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounting Tutor to assist trainees in understanding the concepts and principles of practical accounting skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to trainees of various skill levels, from introductory to advanced accounting courses. The Accounting Tutor will also be responsible for developing and implementing customized lesson plans, reviewing assignments, and providing feedback to help students improve their understanding of accounting.
The role is a (Remote Working/Work From Home) position. The successful candidate will be servicing UK clients from Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with students to review accounting concepts and principles.
- Create and implement customized lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.
- Review and provide feedback on student assignments to help them improve their understanding of accounting.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure the success of each student.
- Assist students in developing effective study skills and test-taking strategies.
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement to students to help them stay motivated and focused.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the accounting field to ensure that tutoring sessions are current and relevant.
Qualifications and skills
- Professional Qualifications include CA, CA Inter, ACCA Affiliate, ACCA Part Qualified, Degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement customized lesson plans.
- Ability to work with students of various skill levels and backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience and dedication to helping students succeed.
- Proficient in using accounting software otherwise training will provided on various accounting software.
