Description: CDC is seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Manager Compliance to lead the compliance function for Trustee and Custodial Services segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all trustee operations strictly adhere to SECP Rules & Regulations, Constitutive Documents, and other legal frameworks governing Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and internal/external audits related to the trustee segment.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
Qualification: Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Compliance, Audit, or Regulatory Affairs, specifically within the Financial Services sector.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of SECP regulations, the legalities of Trust Deeds, and the regulatory landscape of Asset Management Companies in Pakistan.
Technical Skills: Proven track record in developing compliance manuals, frameworks, and TORs.
Communication: Exceptional reporting skills with the ability to present complex regulatory issues.
Attributes: High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
