C4ED Pakistan is seeking highly motivated and committed local candidates for short-term assignments as Enumerators / Data Collectors across various districts of Balochistan. Selected candidates will play a key role in implementing upcoming projects by conducting high-quality household and community-level surveys using CAPI (Survey CTO). This position requires individuals with strong field experience, local language fluency, and the ability to work in remote areas under tight timelines while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to ethical standards.
As an Enumerator for C4ED's project, you will be crucial in data collection activities specific to these regions. Your primary duties and responsibilities include:
Job Responsibilities Enumerator:
- Proven expertise in quantitative data collection, with a strong background in field-based surveys across diverse communities.
- Demonstrated experience in CAPI-based surveys (preferably using Survey CTO or ODK or Kobo Tool or similar platforms) with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the field.
- Solid understanding of data protocols, confidentiality, and ethical considerations, particularly when engaging with vulnerable households.
- Prior experience conducting household and livelihood-related surveys in Pakistan’s districts, with preference for candidates familiar with Balochistan’s socio-cultural context.
- Fluency in local languages (mandatory) and proficiency in multiple regional languages (an added advantage).
- Ability to operate effectively in remote, flood-prone, and challenging environments, meeting strict timelines and quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage respectfully with respondents and ensure accurate, unbiased data collection.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively or relocate to assigned districts for the duration of the assignment.
- Commitment to attend mandatory training sessions in Islamabad or any other designated location, ensuring adherence to project methodologies and protocols.
- Team-oriented and reliable professional capable of maintaining data integrity, ensuring timely submissions, and contributing to the overall success of the project.
Transportation will be provided by C4ED-Paksitan during main survey.

Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s in Social Sciences, Humanities, Development Studies, Masters is preferable.
Note: Only individuals can apply. Enumeration staff should be proficient in using android-based equipment and applications such as data collection by using ODK, Kobo, survey CTO and survey solutions. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in surveys related to Livestock, Education, Socio Economic Studies, Nutrition, and food security.
