C4ED Pakistan is seeking highly motivated and Local candidates on daily wagers work “Supervisors/Survey Officers” at Abbottabad, Bannu, Battagram, Buner, Charsadda, D.I.Khan, Dir Bala, Dir Payan, Hangu, Haripur, Karak, Kohat, Kolai Pallas, Lakki Marwat, Lower Chitral, Malakand, Mansehra, Mardan, Nowshera, Peshawar, Shangla, Sub Div Hassan Khel, Swabi, Swat, Tank, Upper Kohistan, Baluchistan, Quetta, Turbat, Gwadar.

Job Responsibilities;

1. Explain to all enumerators their duties and responsibilities clearly. 

2. Supervise all activities of enumerators assigned to them. 

3. Ensure the smooth application of the field protocol. 

 4. Conduct spot checks 

5. Address and resolve general questions and concerns of enumerators on their team. 

 6. In collaboration with the field research coordinator and/or research managers address and resolve any issues with the application of the sampling procedures, the administration of the survey instruments, and the transportation of enumerators between clusters. 

7. Assess the quality of assigned enumerators’ application of the sampling procedures and administration of the survey instruments. 

 8. Ensure the quality of collected data and adequate productivity of assigned enumerators. 

9. Report any concerns regarding the administration of the surveys or the activities of individual enumerators quickly to C4DE. 

10. Ensure timely survey forms delivery/data uploads and address related issues with any particular enumerator. 

 11. Ensure that enumerators follow ethical human research protocols. 

This job description is tailored for Supervisors/Survey Officers working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and Balochistan regions under C4DE's project. It considers these regions' unique characteristics and challenges while maintaining consistency with the project framework.

Note: The Supervisior/Survey Officer should be proficient in using android based equipment’s and applications such as data collection by using survey CTO and survey solutions.
