CPDI is recruiting Project Assistant. H/She will be based in Islamabad. The candidate should have following attributes to perform the job:

 

·           Experience of working with the research-based advocacy organizations,

·           Understanding of district level budget making process and local government system,

·           Able to work with little supervision, focused, well organized, detail oriented;

·           Able to prioritize work, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines;

·           Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility, responsibility, integrity and team work;

·           Verbal and written communication skills;

The list of key responsibilities includes:

·           Communication with project field staff, sub grantees and project stakeholders for project activities, to optimize access and to ensure timely organization and facilitation of activities relating to project implementation;

·           Assisting in coordination and monitoring of project activities and budgets;

·           Assisting Project Manager in maintaining records, reports, & other necessary documents that are important for the project.

·           Ensure that the deadlines as per project time frame are met and deliverables required by donor are sent to them in an efficient and timely manner.

·           Prepare monthly, interim and project completion report

·           Working in close coordination with FNF to prepare reports to be submitted to EU.

                 Any other task assigned by Project Manager/CPDI Management.

Skills

• Masters degree in relevant discipline of social sciences
