Looking for the services of a qualified Head of Marketing /Sales in a well-reputed developers & real estate company for their upcoming projects/campaigns, having an experience of 10-12 years as a head sales and marketing in real estate projects, with an attractive portfolio.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sales and marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in heading the department of sales or marketing, with a reputed and attractive business portfolio.
- Experience in management may be advantageous, understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing with strong analytical, organizational, creative thinking skills, and a useful social circle, which will help in the growth of the company.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to participate in making and implementing the company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining leads, to generate business.
- Responsible for achieving aggressive targets.
- Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
- Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at the property level and at a corporate level.
- Updating knowledge of sales-related legal documentation and property management.
- Providing guidelines and training to sales staff following up on specific tasks and project deliverables.
- Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
