We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees and management.
- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes and tools.
- Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and provide guidance on setting goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze employee performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
Training and Development:
- Organize onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
HR Administration:
- Process HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and termination documentation.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
