This position involves administering and proctoring various certification exams, maintaining the integrity and security of testing processes, and providing support to candidates throughout their examination experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Proctor a wide range of tests for both external and internal clients within Proctoring Services.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all testing materials, test logs, and related documentation.
- Monitor examinations vigilantly to detect any cheating or attempts to violate exam rules, enforcing compliance with established protocols.
- Document incidents of dishonesty or rule violations to assist in the student discipline process.
- Manage ongoing inventory and ordering of exam materials.
- Provide assistance to candidates requiring special accommodations, such as reading tests aloud, scribing, or offering specialized testing environments.
- Accurately input student information into designated software systems, verify details, and code records for reporting purposes.
- Promptly report any rule infractions or unusual occurrences during exams.
- Work a five-day week with rotational shifts and rotating week-offs.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a community college environment, particularly within student services, is preferred but not mandatory.
