We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive all sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a result-oriented sales strategy for the project.
  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and close deals.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and ensure conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular performance reports to upper management.
  • Represent the project in sales meetings, exhibitions, and real estate events.

Requirements

  • Male candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or any related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (preferably high-rise projects).
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales team and work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Proficient with basic tech tools (CRM, Excel, etc.)
