- Calculate the Quantities from drawings for material procumbent purpose.
- Prepare the bar bending schedule.
- Preparation of measurement sheets,rate analysis.
- Having knowledge of market rates for the items used in the construction.
- Preparation of monthly statement.
- Verification of IPC with the consultant.
- Preparation verification of subcontractors bills and keeping record.
- Liaison with other department/sections for AFI'S/Inspection request/test reports.
- Any other assignment given by the management.
