This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at CGL Lahore located in Lahore. The Front Desk Manager is responsible for managing reception and the front desk area at CGL Lahore.

Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing information about CGL Lahore to guests and clients. The Front Desk Manager will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining office supplies, handling billing and invoicing, and providing support to the management team.

Qualifications

  • A levels or Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
