We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Lead the marketing and sales team to execute the company marketing plan in line with the brand values and business strategies defined.
- Develop upscaling strategies, and coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Drive the commercial objectives of the business, maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Possess a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, coordinate and implement the marketing plan in co-ordination with the Management.
- Maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding consumer requirements, competitor's share, strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business while establishing targeted market share.
- Plan and ensure effective delivery of PR, promotions, and advertising (online & print) campaigns with a strong focus on target audience, measured ROI and overall departmental goals.
- Cultivate a strong knowledge of all the company’s priorities and marketing needs to enhance the company sales.
- Analyze profit effectiveness of the marketing programs. Assess past marketing programs, and ensure future strategy is enhanced.
- Put together a content marketing strategy for the company and manage our social media presence, directing programs to improve social media reputation and elevate brand recognition.
- Effectively plan, design, develop and execute comprehensive print and digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 10-12 years in Sales and Marketing with leading property developers in Pakistan.
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing/Sales from a reputable institute.
- Excellent copywriting and design skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Sound experience in sales for a reputed Developmental Organization.
