Event Coordinator & Content Creator

Chalo is seeking an energetic and creative university student based in Lahore to join the team as an Event Coordinator & Content Creator. In this role, the individual will take charge of coordinating small-scale events from inception to execution, ensuring seamless logistics and vibrant attendee engagement. The position requires a highly outgoing personality who is comfortable being camera-facing and capable of capturing dynamic, high-quality content during events. This role is perfectly suited for a social, organized individual who enjoys planning gatherings and is experienced or enthusiastic about social media platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok. The successful candidate will leverage their campus network to drive strong attendance, manage venue coordination, guest relations, and timeline adherence. They will also create engaging photo and video content that reflects the event atmosphere and support post-event activities by editing and sharing content across social media channels. This position offers flexible hours, allowing students to balance academic commitments while gaining valuable experience in event coordination and digital content creation within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute small-scale events, meet-ups, or pop-ups, managing all logistics such as venue arrangement, guest management, and adherence to event timelines.
Mobilize and engage the university community by promoting events, building excitement, and encouraging peer participation to ensure strong attendance.
Capture high-quality, engaging photos and videos during events, including behind-the-scenes footage and social media content tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Create and maintain a fun, inviting atmosphere at events to enhance attendee experience and foster positive community interaction.
Edit and compile raw multimedia content into polished, shareable formats for use on social media channels, ensuring content quality and visual consistency.
Develop and implement content scheduling using appropriate social media content scheduling tools to maximize audience engagement and reach.
Manage multiple event tasks simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders including event participants, venues, and company representatives to ensure alignment and successful event execution.
Utilize smartphone photography and video expertise to produce aesthetically pleasing content that aligns with the brands engagement goals.
Assist in gathering attendee feedback and insights post-event to inform improvements for future events and content strategies.
