Position Overview:
Provide overall financial oversight and control for the fiscal and physical operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of long and short-term strategic financial objectives.
Responsible to develop and implement a strategic plan for growth and an integrated financial strategy.
Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, cash flow, General Ledger operations, audit reviews, tax filings, and other financial activities as applicable.
Prepare and analyze internal and external financial/budget reports.
Monitor the performance of programs and comply with the financial and reporting requirements of awarded grants and contracts.
With the CEO, structure ventures with strategic partners to leverage business relationships and maximize market opportunities.
Manage and supervise Office Management and Clients Relationship.
Report directly to the CEO.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of CA/FCCA Qualified preferred. Previous CFO or senior financial management With 20 years experience preferred;
Candidate should possess excellent and demonstrated strategic financial planning and analysis abilities, extensive and current knowledge of leading edge principles and practices associated with accounting and finance; a high degree of skill in spreadsheet analysis and in the Microsoft Office environment.

Required Competencies
Proven expertise in financial analysis, budget planning, taxation, forecasting, expense control, audits, business forecasting, internal controls, computerize accounting solutions/applications and general accounting.
Required Qualification & Experience
Minimum of CA/FCCA with article ship from any firm Qualified preferred.
Previous CFO or senior financial management With 20 years experience in any organization preferred;
