We are looking for a candidate who has completed Master's Degree in “Sales & Marketing”.
Job responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to identify and maximize opportunities to generate business ad ensure the needs of customers are met effectively under the guidance of the line manager.
1. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationship with customers
2. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
4. Set up a meeting with potential clients to negotiate and close deals
5. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints
6. Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience
7. Analyzing competitor’s Products to determine product feature, benefits, shortfalls and market success
Job Requirements
1. Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related field is preferred
2. Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
5. Effective communication skills
