Chat Agent ( freshers/Intern) (Night Shift)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated chat support agents to join our team at our Gulistan E Jauhar Block 3 location. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or interns looking to gain valuable experience in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. The role offers hands-on exposure to handling customer interactions and developing essential skills in a professional environment. This is a full-time, in-person position with a monthly salary ranging from PKR 20,000 to PKR 70,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer queries via chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate product information and support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to address and resolve complex issues.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute or higher.
- Open to freshers or interns from any field.
- Strong willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
