Chat Agent (Freshers/Intern) (NightShift)

We are seeking friendly and motivated chat support agents to join our team at our Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 11 location. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or interns looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. You will engage directly with customers, assisting them through chat by addressing their queries and providing product information. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Provide accurate product information and support to customers.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
- Open to freshers or interns from any educational background.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
