Chat based Sales Executive

Digious Corp. is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Design Sales Executive to join our growing team. This full-time position is based in North Nazimabad, Block D, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including the last two Saturdays of each month. The role focuses on driving sales within the design industry by utilizing social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram to generate leads and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and able to build strong client relationships to support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow the client base within the design sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored specifically to the design industry.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong self-motivation and a target-oriented approach to meet sales goals.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- 6 to 12 months of experience in design sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary of up to Rs30,000.
- Annual salary increments based on individual performance.
- Performance bonuses and uncapped commissions to reward sales achievements.
- Additional incentives for consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Karachi Alhydri GPO area or be willing to relocate prior to starting.
- This is an in-person role requiring physical attendance at the designated work location.
