Chat Based Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Chat-Based Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through various chat platforms, generating leads, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. The position is based in Karachi, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and prospects via chat-based platforms to promote products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Close sales by addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage client interactions professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize social media platforms such as X (Twitter), Discord, Twitch, and Instagram to connect with potential clients.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or chat-based sales roles.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through chat communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a target-driven setting.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms including X (Twitter), Discord, Twitch, and Instagram.
- Excellent client-handling skills with a customer-focused approach.
