Chat based Sales Representative

HR Blend is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Discord Chat Sales Representatives. As a team member, you will engage with potential customers through Discord and other chat platforms, understand their needs, and introduce them to a range of creative and IT services. This position offers hands-on experience in online sales and customer communication within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with potential customers via Discord and other chat platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate creative and IT services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain engaging, professional conversations.
- Follow up with interested leads to nurture relationships and generate sales.
- Learn and apply effective sales techniques to build strong customer connections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to ongoing sales campaigns and improve overall performance.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Salary: Rs25,000 to Rs80,000 per month
