Live Chat Global is looking for 3 bilingual (Spanish/English) individuals to join our team at the Lahore office for the role of customer support representative.
- This role will require the representatives to answer incoming cases via phone, email, or chat.
- Although strong technical abilities are needed, agents will be navigating multiple systems to find the answers.
- This is not a typical call center that is scripted.
- Candidates must be flexible and think outside of the box!
- This opportunity will involve problem solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis.
- Additionally, this opportunity will help the candidates hone their Spanish language skills as they will be speaking with native Spanish people on a daily basis.
