Chat Support Executive - Urgent Hiring

Zyltech Digital is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Chat Support Agents to join our dynamic team at Gulshan-e-Iqbal. This full-time position involves handling live chat inquiries, assisting potential customers, and converting leads into loyal clients. Working the fixed night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, you will play a vital role in building strong customer relationships while promoting our high-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
- Promote company offerings and successfully close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain availability during the fixed night shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively through chat.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work night shifts consistently.
