Chat Support Representative

Zeikh Technologies is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Chat Representative to join their team at the Fazaia Downtown office in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves providing live chat support during the night shift from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The ideal candidate will engage with customers professionally, address their inquiries, and actively identify potential customers through online communication. Only applicants based in Lahore will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product details, and order tracking.
- Provide consistent, high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth issue resolution.
- Stay informed about product updates, system changes, and company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or higher.
- Proficient computer skills and comfortable using online platforms.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in online communication and customer outreach.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
