Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
- Deliver accurate product information and assist customers with their needs.
- Maintain detailed records and perform timely follow-ups with clients.

- Manage basic data tasks using MS Excel efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive customer service with end-to-end issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Good comprehension skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
