About the role

Senior Sales Officers will have a team of junior sales representatives assigned to them for constant supervision, coaching & feedback.
You are required to have expert knowledge of Cheetay’s products and services to guide your team in getting maximum app downloads & conversions.
You should therefore, be confident, adaptable and good at interpersonal communication to resolve any potential conflict and hurdles in your team.
Since you would be responsible for your team's overall performance, you should have an encouraging attitude to ensure all team goals are met.
You would be present with your teams at assigned hostels, school staff rooms, offices, malls, homes, salons and more.

About you

You should be enthusiastic, confident and well-spoken. This job requires handling tough
customers and environments.
Education/ Requirements
Minimum F.A. pass
Should understand English and be able to communicate in English
Previous sales & supervisor experience is preferred
Should be 18+ and should be eligible to work
Background check will be carried out

Salary, Timings and Environment

You can earn up to Rs. 40,000 / month. In addition, performance based rewards are also applicable.
The compensation package also includes data plan and grooming allowance.
Timings will be favorable for all as shifts would be on an alternating basis. Therefore, all
recruits will get morning (8 am to 4pm) and night (4pm to 11pm) shift duties.
Cheetay will provide a safe working environment.
