We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and manage our company’s technical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background combined with practical experience in software development and system management. This role requires someone who can actively resolve daily technical challenges, oversee the performance and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, and lead technical teams to ensure seamless operation of all systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily technical operations, promptly addressing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Oversee software development processes, system maintenance, and monitor application performance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Administer IT infrastructure including servers, databases, networks, and cloud services to maintain a robust technology environment.
- Collaborate closely with developers, technical support staff, and other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Identify technical problems, devise practical solutions, and implement measures to prevent recurring issues.
- Ensure system security, data protection, regular backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place and effective.
- Monitor system performance continuously to guarantee the availability and reliability of IT services.
- Review technical requirements, evaluate software updates, and assess new technology solutions for potential adoption.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, coordinating efforts to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and strategic recommendations to senior management for ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT, software development, or technical operations, with proven leadership of technical teams.
- Strong practical knowledge of software applications, databases, servers, networking, and overall IT systems.
- Solid understanding of APIs, system integration, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity principles, and data backup solutions.
- Experience managing developers, IT support teams, and coordinating with technical vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to independently handle technical issues and perform effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in software companies, SaaS platforms, CRM, billing systems, or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of web applications, gateway integration, and third-party system integration.
- Proven track record in managing technical projects and enhancing existing systems for improved performance.

The successful candidate will be technically proficient and willing to engage directly with day-to-day technical matters rather than focusing solely on strategic oversight. They should be capable of understanding complex technical problems, guiding teams toward effective solutions, and ensuring the continuous smooth operation of the company’s IT systems and applications.
