Chemical Engineer

We are a newly established, small-scale manufacturing unit specializing in the production of brake fluid and related automotive fluids. We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to manage our production and formulation processes, ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. This role requires hands-on involvement at the plant, with a focus on maintaining efficient operations and adhering to product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process of brake fluid and other industrial/automotive fluids.
- Maintain and monitor quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Manage and optimize product mixing formulas to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of manufacturing targets.
- Conduct regular visits to the plant, managing operations on-site three days per week.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is essential.
- Ability to be physically present at the manufacturing plant located at Main Northern Bypass, Scheme 45, Gadap Town, near Sector 16, Surjani Town, Karachi, for three days each week.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior knowledge or experience in chemical formulation, blending, or automotive fluid manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
- The position offers a monthly salary in the range of Rs35,000 to Rs40,000.
- This is an in-person role, requiring regular attendance at the production facility.
