Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
Contact clients via phone, email, or in person to recover outstanding payments.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within company guidelines.
Maintain and update customer account information in financial systems.
Generate aging reports and maintain proper records of collections activities.
Collaborate with the sales and finance departments to resolve billing issues.
Recommend accounts for legal action or write-offs when necessary.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Prepare monthly reports on recovery performance.
