We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly responsible Executive Assistant to the Director to support the Director in managing day-to-day business operations across multiple ventures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be highly adaptable, and be Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires someone who can take initiative, think critically, and ensure seamless execution of the Director's priorities. International travel may be required in the future to assist in stakeholder meetings in the UK, South Korea, Bangladesh, and other potential destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and follow up on tasks across various businesses
Draft emails, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle correspondence with discretion
Assist with research, business development activities, and documentation
Prepare and manage business files, contracts, proposals, and financial records
Organize and oversee logistics for meetings and events, both local and international (when required)
Liaise with vendors, clients, partners, and employees on behalf of the Director
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of key deliverables
