Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee essential functions within the insurance organization or regulatory body, ensuring full compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and strengthening regulatory adherence. Provide expert leadership and guidance to teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align organizational objectives with regulatory requirements and market conditions. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory developments to anticipate and address potential impacts proactively. Represent the organization in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and stakeholder engagements, serving as a key spokesperson and advocate.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, or a foreign qualification of equivalent standing recognized by the HEC. A minimum of ten years of professional experience, including at least five years in senior leadership positions such as Key Officer, Director, Chief Executive, or Principal Officer within the insurance industry or as an officer with an insurance regulatory authority.
