Chief Executive Officer

Joyland Rawalpindi is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, POS systems, and networking issues, along with the ability to provide first-level IT support to internal users. The IT Executive will also manage IT inventory, assist with user account management, and ensure adherence to IT policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and overall IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, POS, and networking issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components as needed.
- Provide first-level IT support and assistance to internal users to minimize downtime.
- Manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain security.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, processes, and support logs for reference and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or executive roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, hardware components, operating systems, and office software applications.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, IP addressing, and DNS.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 12,000 to Rs 180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is an in-person role based at Joyland Rawalpindi.
