CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance and accounting functions at our MGC Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring the company’s financial health through accurate reporting and compliance. This role demands a strategic thinker who can provide valuable insights to senior management, support business growth, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the company’s finance and accounting functions to ensure operational efficiency. Develop comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow plans aligned with business objectives. Monitor financial performance regularly and provide strategic insights to support decision-making. Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Oversee accounts management, audits, taxation, payroll, and internal financial controls. Identify and manage financial risks while driving initiatives to improve cost efficiency. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Support business expansion and investment decisions through thorough financial analysis. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred. Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally at the CFO level. Strong expertise in accounting principles, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound decisions. Effective communication skills and strategic planning capabilities.

Experience in the real estate industry will be considered a significant advantage. The position offers a competitive salary starting from Rs 50,360.83 per month. The role is based in person at the MGC Head Office, allowing for direct engagement with the leadership team.
