Chief Medical Officer

Fatima Group is seeking a seasoned Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead and manage employee healthcare services at its Head Office. The CMO will be responsible for conducting medical assessments, coordinating healthcare services, managing medical claims and billing, and maintaining strong networks with hospitals and doctors. This role also involves providing expert medical guidance to HR and management, ensuring employee wellness, overseeing preventive healthcare programs, and preparing for medical emergencies to safeguard employee health and support business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial medical checkups and health assessments for employees, coordinating further medical care as needed.
- Evaluate medical conditions and facilitate timely referrals to specialists and hospitals.
- Offer medical advice and guidance to HR and management on health-related employee matters.
- Review, verify, and approve employee medical bills and claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure accuracy, authenticity, and cost-effectiveness in managing medical claims.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to streamline medical reimbursement processes.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with reputable hospitals, clinics, and specialist doctors.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Fatima Group and external healthcare providers.
- Provide medical input for employee wellness programs, health screenings, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Support management during medical emergencies and critical health situations involving employees.
- Develop and maintain medical emergency response plans, including those for pandemics, epidemics, and other large-scale health risks.
- Lead and guide medical response efforts during health emergencies to ensure employee safety and business continuity.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution with specialization in Medicine.
- FCPS qualification in Internal Medicine.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment, medical administration, and managing employee healthcare services.
- Established professional network with hospitals, consultants, clinics, and healthcare providers.
