IT Devices Online, a leading provider of innovative IT hardware, software, and solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Chief of Staff to work closely with the COO. This role is ideal for a young professional with strong analytical skills and experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent). The position offers significant exposure to executive decision-making, strategy development, and cross-functional project execution within a dynamic organization serving SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to the COO.
- Lead strategic planning efforts, including annual plans, quarterly OKRs, and long-term growth strategies.
- Manage high-priority cross-functional projects from ideation through execution.
- Perform market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
- Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and strategic reports.
- Monitor company-wide KPIs to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Support mergers and acquisitions evaluation, partnerships, and expansion initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, preferably MBB.
- Bachelor’s degree from LUMS or a reputable international university; MBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling expertise, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in strategy, planning, and business transformation projects.
- Master’s degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years serving as a strategic advisor to a COO or equivalent role with direct reporting and strategic exposure.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Lahore.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulberg 3, Lahore, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan time. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, HR, finance, or project management are not eligible. Only applicants with strategic consulting experience will be considered. Candidates should have no more than 4 to 5 years of experience.
