Chief Operating Officer

Constructiv Group is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its leadership team in a full-time remote capacity. The COO will be responsible for managing daily operations to ensure that business processes, systems, and teams operate efficiently and align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires developing and executing operational strategies, collaborating closely with executive leadership on long-term planning, and monitoring key performance indicators to foster continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with department heads to optimize workflows, allocate resources effectively, and lead change management initiatives while promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies in partnership with executive leadership.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department leaders to optimize workflows and manage resources.
- Lead change management initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee financial and operational risk management.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance within teams.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth communication across distributed teams.

Required Qualifications
- Strong business planning and strategic leadership skills with proven experience in setting and executing long-term operational goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, including process optimization, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Solid finance and budgeting capabilities, including experience managing organizational budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in senior operations or executive roles, preferably within remote or distributed organizations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong people leadership skills, including team development, coaching, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
