Europcar Pakistan is currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its operations and accelerate business growth. The COO will be responsible for managing operational planning, optimizing fleet utilization, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and customer satisfaction goals. This leadership role involves overseeing cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and implementing performance metrics to enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability. The COO will work closely with the finance department and executive leadership to manage budgeting, control costs, and maximize revenue. Additionally, the role includes developing policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance frameworks to support sustainable growth. The successful candidate will also focus on continuous improvement, strengthen vendor and partner relationships, and cultivate a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and manage the entire fleet to ensure optimal utilization and service quality.
- Drive business growth by enhancing profitability and improving operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of service quality to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and nurture corporate relationships and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.

Required Qualifications

- Strong business planning and strategic leadership skills, with proven experience in setting operational goals and executing growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management, particularly in managing multi-site or fleet-based service businesses.
- Robust analytical abilities for performance measurement, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvement.
- Solid knowledge of finance and budgeting, including cost management, forecasting, and profitability optimization.
- Proven capability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and manage organizational change effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective engagement with internal teams, partners, and corporate clients.
- Experience in transportation, mobility services, hospitality, or related industries is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is considered a plus.
