Chill Callers is seeking a dedicated US Real Estate Cold Caller / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our remote team during the EST night shift hours. This role involves actively reaching out to potential real estate leads using cold calling techniques and managing ongoing lead communications to support our sales process. The ideal candidate has prior cold calling or telesales experience, especially in the real estate industry, and possesses a fluent, neutral English accent to ensure clear communication with US-based clients. This position requires strong telephone etiquette, resilience in handling objections, and effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into interested clients. The candidate must be self-motivated, operate reliably from a quiet remote environment with a stable internet connection, and demonstrate proficiency with dialer software and customer relationship management tools. While this role does not involve managing a team, it plays a crucial part in driving revenue generation and supporting real estate sales efforts through persistent and skillful outreach.
Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective real estate leads in the US market following approved scripts and objection handling techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information and communication logs within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Engage prospects with clear, confident, and professional phone communication using a neutral English accent.
Overcome objections and rejections with resilience and maintain a positive attitude to maximize lead conversion rates.
Qualify leads based on specified criteria and schedule appointments or pass interested leads to the sales team for follow-up.
Utilize dialer software efficiently to increase call volumes and optimize contact with potential clients.
Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and ensure timely communications.
Continuously update knowledge of the real estate market and company offerings to better address client questions and needs.
Work collaboratively within a remote team environment adhering to the scheduled EST night shift hours.
Ensure technical setup, including a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace, is maintained to support uninterrupted calling sessions.
