1. Have EPC project working experience
2. have at least 3 years civil engineering working experience, be good at RCC/steel structure construction (include quality, progress, technical control)
3. Speak and write English proficiently
4. Sophisticated in Office(Excel, word, ppt ), use AutoCAD software
5. Undertake the schedule and quality control, inspection and supervision to make sure the civil work meet the schedule requirement and be complied with the quality assurance system
6. Check the construction drawings and issue to the subcontractors, give notice, instruction and variation to subcontractors ,make evaluation and response of variations and claims proposed by owner or subcontractor
7. Prepare, submit and confirm the work quantity of site civil construction daily, weekly and monthly
8. Audit the inspection procedure, organize the test and review the document submitted by subcontractors
9. It is better have energy and chemistry project working experience.
