•Develop, maintain media relations (print, electronic & social) and it’s implementation,
•Manage external agencies (PR & Adverting) and organize media meetups, including press conferences, Press Club visits etc.,
•Prepare and distribute press releases and respond to media and public inquiries,
•Coordinate with partners and vendors for potential PR opportunities.
•Develop and maintain relations with strategic nonprofit & external partners,
•Further company’s commitment to the communities in which it lives and works by helping and assisting the local administration as and when requested,
•Implement and manage all communications and messaging regarding CSR programs, as well as monitoring and reporting results,
•Develop, maintain and expand relationships with relevant external parties: charitable organizations and community partners and internal party: shareholders,
•Maintain repository of information regarding all company’s community/charitable activities, including independent efforts of employee groups and functions,
•Lead on-the-ground execution of CSR event, track the progress and ensures appropriate company branding and promotion as needed.
•Work with agencies and vendors to manage projects and ensure delivery of materials that are consistent with company's brand and achieve expected results
•Ensure programs developed are in compliance with all contracts, laws, rules, and regulations governing program activities at local, state, and national level.
•Ability to work collaboratively across functions; strong interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to build relationships with the business and our clients is required.
