CHINA PROCESSING OFFICER

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced China Processing Officer to join our Study Abroad team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire admission and visa processing cycle for students applying to Chinese universities. This role requires strong coordination with universities, handling documentation, and ensuring timely updates throughout the admission and visa procedures. The position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, near Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, and offers a full-time opportunity with a monthly salary range of Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end admission and visa processing for Chinese universities.
- Oversee university applications, admissions, issuance of offer letters, and enrollment processes.
- Coordinate effectively with Chinese universities and international admission offices to facilitate smooth communication.
- Provide guidance to students on documentation requirements, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Handle tuition fee deposits, JW forms, and other necessary admission documents.
- Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain detailed and accurate student records while providing timely updates on case progress.
- Ensure all processes comply with university and visa deadlines to avoid delays.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing the complete admission and student visa process for Chinese universities.
- Strong understanding of Chinese university admission procedures and required documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to follow up effectively.
- Ability to independently manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Experience working within a Pakistan-based education consultancy is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in career counseling, study abroad services, or familiarity with study portals is required.
- The role requires in-person work at the office location in Lahore.
