Responsibilities:

  • Translating material from English to Chinese and vice versa.
  • Helps to communicate between the company and Chinese-speaking stakeholders/ vendors.
  • Act as the focal point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Managing and Leading with Sales representatives of the company working in the Chinese market.
  • Ad Hoc project work as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues in a timely manner.

Skills / Competencies Required:

  • Fluency in Chinese (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • 2 year’s administrative experience, ideally within a busy office environment.
  • Experience in Accounting or Sales will be considered a plus.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel is essential.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to sustain and excel in a pressure building environment.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
