Operate POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently
- Take customer orders (in-person, phone, or delivery platforms)
- Handle daily cash & sales entries
- Maintain Excel sheets for inventory, sales, and staff records
- Coordinate with kitchen & delivery staff for smooth operations
- Handle basic customer queries and complaints professionally
Requirements:
