A US-based healthcare company is looking for experienced and highly skilled CSR to join our dynamic team as a full-time candidate.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Takes ownership of calls by investigating, researching, and resolving various questions regarding client health concerns,  insurance, credit, and payment.
  • Provides accurate treatment-related, insurance, and payment-related information in a timely manner.
  • Reviews client treatment journey and, where appropriate and based on established policies and procedures pursue the processes.
  • Works with other departments to resolve client or process-related issues.
  • Documents all activities in a clear and concise manner utilizing the appropriate systems and in accordance with established procedures. 
  • Initiates appropriate forms to fulfill client requests.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, sales, or call center environment is helpful.
