Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve targeted growth in retail and corporate segments within the designated region.
Oversee daily center operations to ensure efficient functioning and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, enhancing the overall customer experience through customer-centric initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 staff members, fostering a motivated workforce that meets or exceeds performance and service quality standards.
Ensure strict compliance with audit procedures and human resource policies to maintain operational integrity and meet regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to support business partnerships and expand referral networks.
Supervise operational activities within the region, ensuring alignment with company goals, policies, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct regular team meetings to provide clear direction, share important updates, and address operational or personnel issues promptly.
Continuously identify new market opportunities to contribute to the business growth and expansion objectives of the company.
