Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and patients. The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer service tasks with professionalism and care. The position demands at least one year of relevant experience to effectively support daily reception activities, coordinate appointments, and respond promptly to inquiries without managing a team.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and patients promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Manage front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs.
Provide accurate information regarding services, appointment scheduling, and general healthcare inquiries in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure proper documentation and filing of records.
Coordinate with healthcare staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and timely communication.
Monitor and manage waiting areas, ensuring patients and visitors experience minimal delays.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining databases, and generating routine reports as required.
Adhere strictly to healthcare confidentiality and privacy policies while managing patient information.
Identify and resolve front desk operational issues proactively, escalating when necessary to higher management.
