Maintenance Executive

Chughtai Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Executive to oversee and support essential maintenance operations across its facilities. This role involves managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all physical assets. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination or execution and is skilled in preventive maintenance, facility management, and root cause analysis. The position demands strong organizational skills to manage maintenance scheduling, inventory, and reporting in alignment with company protocols and safety standards. The Maintenance Executive will work closely with technicians and other facility staff to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. Though this role does not include direct team management, it requires effective coordination and communication with various stakeholders, including center incharges and area leads, to identify recurring problems and implement preventive measures. The role also involves regular on-site visits to inspect work quality and verify compliance with safety and quality benchmarks, as well as maintaining detailed records and reports using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Responsibilities

Review and maintain maintenance tickets daily, ensuring accurate logging, categorization, and status updates.
Assign maintenance tickets to appropriate technicians based on priority, location, and issue type to facilitate timely resolution.
Monitor and follow up on pending or delayed maintenance work to ensure closure within defined service level agreements (SLAs), escalating issues as needed.
Oversee daily attendance tracking of maintenance staff and monitor fuel consumption for assigned company vehicles.
Conduct frequent field visits to healthcare centers for on-ground supervision, quality verification of completed tasks, and work inspections.
Prepare and submit detailed daily and monthly reports covering ticket statuses, team performance metrics, attendance records, fuel usage, and other critical maintenance-related data.
Coordinate with center incharges and area leads to identify persistent maintenance issues and develop preventive strategies to reduce downtime.
Ensure all maintenance work adheres to company standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
Support budget tracking and control related to maintenance activities, including vendor coordination and cost management.
Manage inventory related to maintenance supplies and equipment to guarantee availability and timely replenishment.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to streamline maintenance operations, asset tracking, and performance analysis.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurrent issues to implement effective corrective measures aimed at improving facility reliability.
