Pharmacy Branch Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of eight pharmacy staff members to achieve operational goals and promote a positive work environment.
Ensure all pharmacy activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Oversee the verification of prescriptions to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
Manage the pharmacy information systems to maintain accurate records and streamline workflow.
Implement quality assurance protocols to sustain high standards of service and safety.
Develop and conduct training programs for pharmacy staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient and customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management and ordering processes.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing duties to maintain smooth branch operations.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback to support staff development and improve productivity.
Collaborate with other departments within Chughtai Healthcare to maintain integrated patient care services.
Ensure the branch is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety standards.
